Vegetable Bonda: A deep-fried dumpling prepared mainly with mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, onions, and peas) and coated with rice flour & chickpea flour; along with all the flavourful Indian spices of course. This is a super popular street-food snack in southern India.
Mixture: The Delightfully Spiced Indian Version Of ‘Trail Mix’, Made Primarily With Different Types Of Flour.
