Baby Potato Curry: Baby potatoes are first cooked in the pressure cooker, while a smooth blend of sautéed onions, tomatoes, whole spices, and spice powders are prepared on the side. The cooked baby potatoes are then added to this blend along with homemade garam masala, Kashmiri chilli powder and more – resulting in pure deliciousness!
Nikki’s Fried Chicki: Named after our good friend, Nicole Holkestad (who also named the dish!), because she couldn’t stop raving about it when we made it for her! This chicken dish is marinaded in ginger, garlic, shallots, and fennel seeds – along with a host of typical Indian spices, and then fried in coconut oil along with curry leaves and green chillies. Definitely drool-worthy!
Mint & Coriander Raita:This Creamy And Refreshing Yogurt Sauce Is Made With Fresh Mint And Coriander Leaves, Along With Garlic, Ginger , Roasted Cumin Seeds And Green Chillies.
