Mushroom Biryani: Mushrooms cooked in a masala paste of garlic, ginger, grated coconut, chilli paste, mint & coriander leaves, after which soaked basmati rice is added in along with typical Indian spices – producing the scrumptious mushroom biryani.
Kara’s Chana Salad: Our customer, Kara, suggested we add salads to our menu. And so we decided to name the first one after her! This salad consists of chickpeas, onions, green peppers, and cherry tomatoes, mixed with Indian chaat masala, and drizzled with fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cucumber Raita: A Refreshing Sauce Made With Indian Yogurt, Cucumber, And Spices.
