Pulliyodharai: Tangy tamarind puree and homemade masala powder, accompanied by a medley of green and red chillies, peanuts, cashews, and two varieties of lentils. Roasted to perfection, this aromatic blend is then mixed with cooked rice, creating a tantalizingly tangy and flavourful rice dish.
Mushroom Ghee Roast:Marinated mushrooms infused with a blend of salt, lemon, yogurt, and homemade masala paste is prepared. Sautéed onions glistening in rich ghee form the base, followed by the addition of the marinated mushrooms, turmeric, and a touch of jaggery.
Onion & Tomato Thokku: Sautéed onions and garlic delicately simmered in oil, seasoned with a sprinkle of salt and aromatic spices. Succulent tomatoes join the pan, gradually cooked to perfection.
