Paneer Butter Masala: In a pan, a delightful medley of traditional Indian spices, tangy tomato puree, a hint of green chillies, and a touch of sugar are combined with a swirl of creamy butter. Tender paneer is added in, along with the fragrant kasuri methi and fresh cream. We then sprinkle in an array of spice powders, enhancing the flavours further. And to elevate the richness, a velvety cashew paste is combined into the dish. So Yummy!
Chicken 65: Tender chicken pieces are marinated with a homemade powder of fennel seeds, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon sticks, chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, cornflour, and rice flour. Egg whites, yogurt, and GG paste are added to the marinated chicken. The chicken is then fried and topped with curry leaves. Delight in every bite of this irresistible treat.
