Coconut Rice: Grated coconut, multiple varieties of dry roasted lentils, mustard seeds, and curry leaves are cooked with basmati rice, resulting in a flavourful and aromatic dish.
Chamandi: Chamandi is another form of Indian chutney. This one’s made primarily with coconut, curry leaves, and tamarind – blended with traditional Indian spices
Parippu Vada: A deep fried Indian snack made with pigeon peas, ginger, red chillies, shallots, curry leaves and traditional Indian spices. This is also one of Deepa’s favourites!
Fryums: A Mixed Colourful Combination Of Chips, Fryums Are An Extremely Popular Snack Loved By All
