Vegetable Bonda: A deep-fried dumpling prepared mainly with mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, onions, and peas) and coated with rice flour & chickpea flour; along with all the flavourful Indian spices of course. This is a super popular street-food snack in southern India.
Pudina (Mint) Chutney: The perfect accompaniment to Chitranna & Vegetable Bonda, pudina chutney is made with fresh mint leaves, roasted gram, ginger, garlic, the typical Indian spices!
