Veg Korma: A delectable korma made with carrots, beans, potatoes and green peas that is then added to a homemade paste of coconut, fennel seeds, poppy seeds, green chillies, ginger & garlic.
Injipuli: A sweet-sour-and-spicy side dish from the state of Kerala made by tempering ginger, tamarind, jaggery, and green chillies.
Chicken Roast: Chicken marinated in ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, and more; and then dry roasted to perfection – garnished with green chillies and curry leaves.
