Nikki's Fried Chicki: Named after our good friend, Nicole Holkestad because she couldn't stop raving about It when we made it for her! This chicken dish is marinaded in ginger, garlic, shallots, and fennel seeds β along with a host of typical Indian spices, and then fried in coconut oil along with curry leaves and green chillies. Definitely drool-worthy!
Mint & Coriander Raita: This Creamy And Refreshing Yogurt Sauce Is Made With Fresh Mint And Coriander Leaves, Along With Garlic, Ginger , Roasted Cumin Seeds And Green Chillies.
